1. General Conditions & Made-to-Order Nature

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You acknowledge and agree that all products sold through Scripted LA are custom made-to-order via third-party fulfillment and manufacturing partners. Because production begins immediately upon order placement, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once submitted. We reserve the right to refuse service or limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Product Adjustments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Third-Party Fulfillment & Shipping

Our products are manufactured and shipped through third-party print-on-demand facilities. While we partner with high-quality carriers to ensure timely delivery, shipping and delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only. Scripted LA is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or transit damages caused entirely by third-party shipping carriers or postal services.

5. Customer Service & Dispute Resolution

To maintain a streamlined infrastructure, Scripted LA does not operate a public customer service email or telephone line. All official customer support, order updates, and defect resolutions are handled exclusively through our verified Instagram account:

Any issues regarding manufacturing errors or damages must be reported via Instagram DM within 14 days of the carrier’s logged delivery date, accompanied by an order number and photo evidence. Attempting to dispute charges with banks or credit card providers without first contacting our support channel via Instagram may result in a permanent ban from future drops.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Scripted LA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
