Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Scripted LA. Because our brand operates on an exclusive, custom model, our shipping process looks a little different than traditional stores. Please read our guidelines below to understand when your order will arrive.

1. The Production Process (Made-to-Order)

We do not carry pre-made stock sitting in a warehouse. Every single hat is custom-embroidered specifically for you the moment your order is placed.

Fulfillment Time: It takes 2 to 5 business days to create, embroider, and quality-check your hat before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Time: Once fulfillment is complete, your package enters the mail stream. Standard shipping within the US typically takes an additional 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your door.

📦 Total Expected Timeline: Most customers receive their order within 5 to 11 business days from the date the order was placed.

2. Tracking Your Order

The moment your hat is stitched, packed, and labeled, our fulfillment system will automatically send a Shipping Confirmation Email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your official tracking number (typically USPS or DHL) so you can monitor its journey in real-time.

Please note: It can take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans the package.

3. Missing, Lost, or Wrong Address Orders

Check Your Address: We ship orders exactly to the address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to mail it out a second time.
Stolen or Missing Deliveries: Once a tracking link is officially marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier, Scripted LA is no longer liable for the package. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact your local post office or building management directly to resolve the issue.
