Thank you for shopping with Scripted LA. Because of the highly exclusive, custom nature of our drops, all sales are final. Please review our policy details below before completing your purchase.

1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)

Every single hat on our site is made-to-order and custom-embroidered specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because we do not carry pre-made inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color selection.

Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and selections carefully before checking out.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We want you to receive exactly what you paid for. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Timeline: You must report any manufacturing defects within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Process: Do not mail the item back to the return address on the package (our fulfillment centers cannot process unauthorized returns). Instead, please follow the contact instructions in Section 4 below.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Scripted LA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • Carrier Issues: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier, Scripted LA is not liable for theft or misplacement. Please contact your local post office directly to file a claim.
